Built for doers.
Backed by belief.
HootQuill was built inside a working IT services company, to solve a problem we had ourselves: every agreement started as a copy of the last one. Prices drifted. Clauses meant for one client turned up in another’s contract. A signature meant emailing a PDF and hoping.
So we built the thing we wanted. Quotes assembled from a real service catalog. Contracts that pull in the right clauses for what was actually sold. Signatures with the evidence to stand behind them. And a record of every agreement that stays exactly as it was signed, however much the templates change afterwards.
We think good ideas deserve a clear path forward — and that agreements should be a bridge, not a roadblock.
