Integrations
Connecting HootQuill to the services you already run on — your books, your sending domain, your signing provider.
HootQuill deliberately does not try to be your accounting system, your mail server or your signature provider. Those are all businesses with decades of compliance behind them, and replacing one badly is worse than not having it. What it does instead is line up with them, so that what a client signed and what they are billed for cannot quietly drift apart.
Every integration is optional and every one is owner-only to connect or disconnect. None of them is required to send an agreement and collect a signature.
- QuickBooksPush a signed agreement to your books: the invoice, the recurring billing, and a check that the two still agree.
- ResendSend quotes and agreements from your own domain instead of ours, with delivery and bounces visible in your own dashboard.
- SigFetchSign through your own SigFetch account, so the envelopes and their certificates belong to you.
